Brandon provides great practical advise for those looking for their first job and those looking to find another opportunity. • Find out what you want to do. Ask questions, talk to people, write this down, make a plan. career lesson.

• You have to apply yourself. Start early, no such thing as best way to find a job, follow through/up career lesson.
• Do your research. Practice makes perfect. Answer mock questions. Develop a list of questions to ask. career lesson
• The offer (we hope). Get it in writing, and don't say anything until you do. Look beyond salary.
• Your first job: You're not that special. You will need to prove yourself, ease into it. Know lay of land.
• Last lesson : love what you do.
